WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? All House of Diehl items are Made-to-order by hand. There is no giant, faceless House of Diehl warehouse, where burly men pack mass-produced garments and ship them out randomly. When you place your order, then the item is created by our small, creative staff, mostly by hand---especially for you. We love our customers, and take great pains in providing you the most special product possible. The processing time for each order is about 2 weeks, so you should expect to receive you item a little after that. International orders may take longer. Rush orders are possible, please contact us for further information.

 

SHIPPING Shipping for orders under $100 costs $6 and is sent via USPS Ground. There are no tracking numbers involved, but you can typically expect to receive your order within 2 weeks. Shipping for orders over $100 costs $11 and is sent via US Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation.

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER? To place an order, browse through the site and select the items that you would like to purchase by clicking "Add to Cart". You can click on "View Cart" at anytime to modify the contents of your shopping cart. When you are ready to checkout, click "Checkout" to begin the checkout process.

We accept all major credit cards and eChecks through Paypal. Paypal is a safe and secure way to make credit card payments on the web. If you have selected Paypal as your method of payment, you will be redirected to their site during checkout. If you have an account, enter your login information at the prompt. New York State Residents will be charged 8.375% sales tax upon checkout.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: We offer exchanges on unworn clothing, but not accessories. You still pay the shipping and handling. Since each piece is created to order, House of Diehl, Inc. cannot accept returns. House of Diehl can offer exchanges on an unworn garment if it is damaged or defective. In the event of the above, House of Diehl, Inc. reserves the decision to either refund or replace the garment on a case by case basis.
